Condor Apartments Advertising Opportunity

The Becketwell development will complete one of its first phases in June this year which will see 259 build to let apartments, some of which will be multiple occupancy. This means a possible 400 new potential customers on your doorstep.

As a BID we would like to welcome the new residents into the area with a welcome pack made up of deals, offers and merchandise from businesses within the St Peters Quarter BID area.

This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your company, build on your brand awareness and potentially create new regular customers. Some of these residents may have never been to Derby, so this is a great way to introduce yourself and secure potential loyal customers.
