On Tuesday 11th February businesses from the city centre joined together to undertaken some Trauma kit training at the Holiday Inn Riverlights Derby.
During the session they learned about the equipment and how to use it should an emergency occur, this included identifying wounds, how to pack them and stem the blood flow, and how to use a tourniquet if needed.
Police and Crime Commissioner Hardyl Dhindsa was also in attendance to give his gratitude for so many businesses undertaking the training.
Thanks also go to Holiday Inn Riverlights for hosting the training and to East Midlands Ambulance Service for providing the training.
