Additional information

For testing to be as effective as possible regular weekly testing needs to done. This will help identify people who have the virus and could be infectious, but who are unaware as they have no symptoms.

Appointments can be made up to two weeks in advance.

Currently the Test Centre is open 9.20am – 16.40pm Monday to Friday, but this may be extended if necessary for those workers who cannot access the service during those times.

Please bring your smartphone with you to the Test Centre, fully charged if possible. If you do not have a smartphone staff will be available on-site to help you register for the test.

You will be in the Test Centre for a limited time only and your test results will be sent to you via text or email.  It can take 24 hours for a test result to arrive, but is normally a much faster turnaround.  Customers are asked to retain their registration card until receipt of the result.

There is a limited number of booking slots, and so high turnout is expected. Customers will be registered upon arrival.

Please do not bring any food, drink or bags onto the site as these can contaminate surfaces.

Parking spaces are limited at the site therefore we are asking that those coming to Riverside for a Test to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled test.
