By working with a diverse and dynamic group of employers, Workpays arrange effective work placements and work trials. This essential work experience provides jobseekers with the skills they need and employers with staff who are ready for the workplace.

ASK
As the lead for Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge for Schools (ASK) across the Midlands, Workpays is at the heart of supporting the Government’s target of achieving three million apprenticeship starts by 2020.

Partners
Effective partnerships are forged to ensure the success of projects. These include FE colleges, the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), independent training providers, trade associations and awarding bodies.
