An unparalleled understanding of employability and skills means that Workpays help people to get real jobs and employers to upskill their workforce.
In recent years, over four thousand people were helped into work through innovative Study Programmes, Traineeships and employability programmes. Successful apprenticeship programmes have launched careers and provided vital support to employers.
By working with a diverse and dynamic group of employers, Workpays arrange effective work placements and work trials. This essential work experience provides jobseekers with the skills they need and employers with staff who are ready for the workplace.
