Derby Active have begun a series of exercise classes available online to help people keep active & healthy during lockdown.

Although our leisure centre doors have closed, Derby Active is still here to help you be active in your own home. Each week we will provide new home workouts with your Derby Active class instructors, offer information from our Wellbeing Advisors on nutrition and home exercise and share information with you from our fitness industry partners.
